In ihrer Rauminstallation setzt Katharina Lackner das Panorama, das vor den Fenstern liegt, im Inneren fort. Eine Tapete mit
collagierten Landschaften, Fotografien, kartografischen Elementen und zahlreichen Zeichnungen verschränkt Sehnsuchtsmomente
mit Klischeebildern, Reales mit Erfundenem. Manche Szenen sind wie mit dem Weitwinkelobjektiv erfasst, andere wiederum wie
durch ein Fernrohr vergrößert. Winter und Sommer kommen zusammen, Steinböcke und Murmeltiere, Bergsteiger und Schneeräumer,
Gipfelkreuze und Talstationen, Gletscher und Seen.
Zu Beginn der Ausstellung ist der Raum zur Gänze mit Goldfolie bedeckt und wird im Lauf der Zeit von den BesucherInnen freigerubbelt,
sie tragen sich in die Arbeit und legen sie frei; als Erinnerung daran entsteht ein Video.

In her installation Katharina Lackner allows the outside panorama to intrude through the windows to the inside of the exhibition space.
Wallpaper depicting collaged landscapes, photographs, cartographic elements and a great number of drawings fuse moments of longing
with clichéed imagery, reality with invention. Some scenes are seen through a wide-angle lens, others through a telescope. Winter and
summer meet in a merry reunion, as do ibices and marmots, mountaineers and snow clearers, summit crosses and lower cable car
terminuses, glaciers and lakes.
At the beginning of the exhibition, the wallpaper is entirely covered with gold foil, which is removed  by visitors over time, they "tag"
themselfes into the work but also make it visible; the process is documented on video.
